- Translate operational data into clear insights that drive performance and decision-making
- Uphold and continuously refine SOPs, systems, and service standards

- Optimise cost control, inventory accuracy, and wastage management

/>- Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen team capability, accountability, and morale
- Support brand activations, guest engagement strategies, and business growth initiatives
- Drive seamless collaboration between Front of House, Kitchen, and support teams
- A structured thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Highly detail-oriented, with a natural instinct for organisation and follow-through

### 📌 • Experienced in multi-unit operations, ideally within hospitality or a quality-driven environment

- Confident working across teams and influencing outcomes at different levels

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field

- Strong understanding of operational systems, reporting, and compliance standards
