Job Description The Operations Coordinator will oversee transport operations, fleet performance, and daily logistics activities. The role involves managing a large fleet, coordinating drivers and operators, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting decision-making through accurate reporting in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily transport operations and ensure smooth fleet coordination Monitor and report on fleet performance and operational activities Coordinate drivers and operators to ensure timely service delivery Handle vehicle breakdowns, ensuring quick response and recovery Analyze breakdown trends and implement preventive measures Prepare and present operational reports to senior management Oversee equipment usage and optimize vehicle performance Support operational planning and decision-making processes Ensure compliance with relevant procedures (including ADNOC & CICPA where applicable)

Expérience

7–8 years of experience in transport or logistics operations Proven experience managing large fleets (350+ vehicles) Strong knowledge of ADNOC and CICPA procedures Experience in driver/operator coordination

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Excellent organizational and reporting skills
