Business Development Specialist

The African Capacity Building Foundation is seeking a Business Development Specialist to design and implement strategic approaches for resource mobilization from non-traditional sources. This role involves managing donor relationships, developing high-quality proposals, and expanding partnerships to enhance ACBF's program portfolio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in resource mobilization, strong networking skills, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. This position is a fixed-term three-year contract, renewable, and can be based in Accra, Harare, or Nairobi. Master’s degree in relevant field At least 7 years of experience in resource mobilization Experience with bilateral and multilateral donors Strong networking and negotiation skills Ability to develop attractive proposals Bilingual in English and French Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
