The African Capacity Building Foundation is seeking a Business Development Specialist to design and implement strategic approaches for resource mobilization from diverse sources. This role involves managing donor relationships, developing high-quality proposals, and expanding partnerships to enhance the foundation's impact. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in resource mobilization, strong networking skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position is a fixed-term three-year contract, renewable, and can be based in Accra, Harare, or Nairobi.
