Position: Human Resource Officer (School-based)

Localisation

Location: East Legon Hills, Greater Accra Region, Ghana Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with school and regulatory standards Maintain accurate staff records and ensure compliance with labour laws and school policies Coordinate staff performance management, appraisals, and professional development programs Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality Support payroll administration and staff welfare initiatives Advise school leadership on HR best practices and workforce planning Promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Formation / Diplômes

Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably in an educational setting Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
