Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of our school facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that our buildings, grounds, and equipment are well-maintained to provide a safe, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of school property, including buildings, classrooms, offices, and outdoor areas. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of repairs and projects. Oversee health and safety compliance, including fire safety, security systems, and emergency procedures. Ensure the school is completely clean at all times. Develop and manage budgets for property maintenance and improvement. Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules. Coordinate with school leadership to support events and facility usage. Ensure compliance with local regulations and school policies.

Formation / Diplômes

Proven experience in property or facilities management, preferably in an educational setting.

Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health & safety standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with contractors.
