RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

📌 ### 📌 The Recruitment Specialist plays a critical role in driving talent acquisition across all levels of the eSAL BPO operation — from frontline contact centre agents to senior support and leadership staff. The successful candidate will be a proactive, data-driven recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced BPO environment, is comfortable managing ramp-up and ramp-down cycles and understands the workforce planning complexities inherent to the BPO industry. This role requires hands-on experience with recruitment technology, multi-language talent pipelines, and the ability to engage confidently with operations managers and senior leadership on all matters relating to talent.

### 📌 ### 📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment for all BPO roles, from contact centre agents and quality analysts to team leaders, trainers, and senior support staff.

/>Leverage diverse recruitment channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, campus partnerships, community networks, and specialist BPO talent pools.
Respond swiftly and efficiently to ramp-up and ramp-down requests from operations, ensuring recruitment timelines align with client go-live dates and headcount fluctuations.
Collaborate closely with Workforce Management and Operations teams to forecast hiring volumes and plan recruitment campaigns accordingly.
Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to the high-level management.
Analyse recruitment and HR data to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, attrition trends), and make data-led recommendations.
Prepare and present clear, concise recruitment reports and dashboards to HR leadership and operations management on a regular basis.
Use data insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies, improve pipeline quality, and reduce time-to-hire.

📌 ### 📌 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

### 📌 ### 📌 3–5 years of recruitment experience within a BPO or contact centre environment

### 📌 ### 📌 Hands-on experience with high-volume ramp-up and ramp-down recruitment cycles

Solid understanding of workforce planning and management in a BPO setting

### 📌 ### 📌 Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR and recruitment data

### 📌 ### 📌 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment automation tools
