The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a National Reintegration Officer to manage and coordinate the reintegration component of their mission in Cameroon. This role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring project activities, providing technical guidance, and building capacity among civil society organizations. The officer will also engage with various stakeholders, participate in external forums, and contribute to project proposals and communication products. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in migration and reintegration contexts. Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields 4 years or 2 years of relevant experience Experience liaising with governmental authorities and NGOs Knowledge of return and reintegration policies in Cameroon Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Experience with international humanitarian organizations Knowledge of PRIMA, PRISM, and Oracle is an asset Proficient in MS Office applications Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a multicultural environment Analytical and synthesis skills
