Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Être titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau BAC+5, au minimum, en Comptabilité, Finance, Administration des affaires ou dans une discipline connexe
- Solide connaissance de la réglementation et des normes bancaires (par exemple, Bâle, IFRS, GIAS)
- Parler couramment le Français et avoir un niveau professionnel en Anglais
Autres informations
- La connaissance d’une langue nationale autre que le lingala constituerait un atout Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise des normes d’audit interne et de gestion des risques
- Connaissance des réglementations bancaires (Bâle III, AML, KYC, GDPR)
- Capacité à analyser les états financiers et les processus bancaires Compétences personnelles :
- Intégrité et éthique professionnelle
- Rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Attitude positive au travail
Expérience
- Justifier d’au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience dans l’audit interne, la gestion des risques ou une fonction connexe (de préférence dans le secteur bancaire) Instructions
