Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
- Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente en gestion de la sécurité, opérations humanitaires, sciences politiques, études de conflits, gestion de l’information ou domaine connexe. Compétences techniques :
Expérience
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en sécurité humanitaire, opérations, gestion d’incidents, accès ou coordination d’urgence.
- Expérience dans la tenue de trackers, registres ou bases de données opérationnelles.
Présentation du poste
- Excellentes compétences de communication écrite et de rapportage concis en français (fortement préféré en contexte RDC).
- La connaissance d’anglais, du Swahili et du Lingala est un grand atout.
- Capacité à gérer des informations sensibles de manière confidentielle et à appliquer le principe du besoin de savoir. Compétences personnelles :
- Forte capacité à analyser rapidement l’information et à distinguer entre incidents mineurs, sérieux et critiques.
- Bon jugement sous pression et capacité à escalader rapidement si nécessaire.
- Solides compétences de coordination et relationnelles.
- Grande capacité en triage et priorisation, gestion de l’information, pensée analytique, bon jugement, confidentialité et discrétion.
- Souci du détail et capacité à travailler sous pression. Instructions
