Position Yaounde Director of International School of Engineering, Science and Technology Key Responsibilities: Full Time Contract Provide strategic leadership and management for the school including planning, budgeting and programme development. Promote academic excellence through curriculum development and implementation of innovative teaching and learning methods. Oversee school development, performance appraisal and recruitment in collaboration with the Human Resource department. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies; oversee student admissions, retention and progression within the school. Represent the school internally and externally; engage alumni, donors and partners to advance institutional goals. Drive diversity, equity and inclusion in the school programs. Qualifications: PhD in Engineering, Science and Technology or a closely related field from a recognized university. At least five years of progressive leadership/administrative experience in higher education or a comparable sector. Demonstrate track record in academic program development, accreditation, and budgeting and staff management. Excellent communication, strategic planning and decision-making skills. Ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance culture.
