Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and management for the school, including planning, budgeting, and programme development.
- Promote academic excellence through curriculum development and the implementation of innovative teaching and learning methods.
- Oversee school development, performance appraisal, and recruitment in collaboration with the Human Resource department.

- Represent the school internally and externally; engage alumni, donors, and partners to advance institutional goals.

## 🧠 Profil recherché
- PhD in Engineering, Science and Technology, or a closely related field from a recognised university.

## 🎓 Formation / Diplômes
- At least five years of progressive leadership or administrative experience in higher education or a comparable sector.
- Demonstrated track record in academic programme development, accreditation, budgeting, and staff management.
