Contrôleur de Sécurité H/F COMPAGNIE DE GARDIENNAGE ET DE SÉCURITÉ PRIVÉE Nous sommes à la recherche de Contrôleurs de Sécurité H/F. Missions: Superviser et coordonner les activités des agents de sécurité sur le terrain ; Assurer la conformité des agents de sécurité aux procédures et aux politiques de l'entreprise ; Effectuer des rondes de contrôle pour s'assurer que les agents de sécurité sont présents et effectuent leurs tâches ; Identifier les problèmes potentiels de sécurité et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour y remédier ; Fournir une formation continue aux agents de sécurité afin de maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme. Collaborer avec les autres départements de l'entreprise pour assurer une coordination efficace des opérations de sécurité ; Rédiger des rapports de contrôle et les présenter à la direction de l'entreprise.
