FACILITIES MANAGER

The Facilities Manager will oversee maintenance and ensure operational excellence, managing all physical aspects of the property to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property maintenance and preventive programs
• Manage daily operations and coordinate with vendors
• Lead and develop the maintenance team while ensuring safety compliance
• Address resident concerns and implement improvements to enhance property value
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field

📌 * 5–10 years’ experience in facilities management (luxury residential preferred)

📌 * Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
