The role involves managing security, gardening, and all shared facilities, ensuring the estate is safe, clean, and fully functional at all times. This is a hands-on role that requires regular inspections, strong organisation, and the ability to maintain order and structure across staff and operations. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage the estate with minimal supervision. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 5 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Accra & Tema Region, Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the residential estate Supervise and manage security personnel, Facilities Officers, and gardeners Ensure strict access control and monitor entry and exit within the estate Enforce regular security patrols and respond promptly to incidents Maintain high awareness of activities across the estate at all times Ensure all security systems and procedures are properly implemented and followed Oversee maintenance of generators, water systems, lighting, and other infrastructure Manage the upkeep of shared facilities such as the swimming pool, gym, roads, and common areas Coordinate repairs and ensure all facilities are in good working condition Maintain cleanliness, order, and overall organization of the estate Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in estate, facilities, or security operations Strong background in security management and supervision Proven ability to organise teams and enforce discipline Experience managing guards, patrol systems, and incident response Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, or mechanical) Strong attention to detail and high level of alertness Good reporting and communication skills Comfortable using smart devices, web apps, and Google tools (Forms/Sheets) Location : Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
