Job Description

Location: Accra / Multi-regional

Role Purpose

To drive revenue growth, market access, and strategic partnerships while ensuring balanced channel distribution and strong brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Channel Expansion

Build wholesale, retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels

Achieve balanced channel mix (40/30/20/10)

Sales & Strategic Partnerships

Secure framework contracts and offtake agreements

Manage key accounts (processors, retailers, institutions)

Brand & FMCG Growth

Lead product positioning and brand development

Execute promotions and market campaigns

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS ≥50)

Ensure repeat business ≥70%

Revenue Growth Strategy

Identify new markets (local and ECOWAS)

Expand distribution and optimise pricing

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience

HND, Degree in Marketing, Business, or related

2 – 5 years’ experience in agribusiness, FMCG, or B2B sales

Success Metrics

≥4 framework contracts annually

≥50 retail outlets activated

Revenue growth ≥25% YoY

Strong customer retention
