Ce que ce poste implique Sous la responsabilité de la direction d’Eurotel Services, vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion des appels entrants et sortants, du suivi des dossiers clients et de la fidélisation. Au quotidien, vous jonglerez entre conseil technique, vente de services télécoms et résolution de réclamations, avec des objectifs de performance et de satisfaction. Un poste polyvalent qui demande de l’agilité et un bon sens de l’écoute au Sénégal.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils CRM (Salesforce, Zoho) et des logiciels bureautiques (Excel pour les reporting).
- Aisance orale en français et en wolof (ou autre langue locale) pour désamorcer les tensions.
- Expérience en centre d’appels ou en relation client télécom (Orange, Free, Tigo).
- Capacité à gérer le stress et respecter des indicateurs de performance (durée d’appel, taux de résolution).
