En tant que Consultant

  • e-Accompagnateur
  • trice en RDC, tu seras au cœur du terrain : animer des sessions de formation, suivre individuellement des bénéficiaires sur des objectifs concrets, et rédiger des rapports d’impact pour les partenaires. Tu alterneras entre déplacements en zones rurales et travail de bureau, avec une forte composante relationnelle et pédagogique.

Compétences clés à mettre en avant

  • Maîtrise des techniques d’accompagnement et de coaching (entretiens individuels, suivi de plans d’action).
  • Capacité à animer des groupes multiculturels et à vulgariser des concepts complexes.
  • Bonne connaissance des enjeux de développement local en RDC (sécurité alimentaire, entrepreneurs ruraux, etc.).
  • Excellente expression orale et écrite en français ; le lingala ou swahili est un atout fort.
