Expérience
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our day-to-day operations and drive the growth of our company. As a COO, you will be responsible for leading our operations teams, developing and implementing operational strategies, and ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including customer service, product development, risk management, and compliance.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and manage teams across different departments to ensure a high level of operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the CEO and other senior executives to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior management role in a fintech company, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
- Experience working in Africa and a deep understanding of the local financial services industry is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Compétences Management Fintech Services Financiers
