- Supervise/ produit le reporting

- Clôture annuelle :
- Etablissement des comptes sociaux des sociétés concernées
- Assure la relation avec les CACs sur le périmètre dont il a la charge
- S’assurer du cadrage correct des positions intercompagnies
- Etre leader sur la qualité du chiffre
- Contrôler les campagnes de règlement Volet Fiscal
- Produire tout le déclaratif fiscal et assurer le suivi de la fiscalité courante (incluant les télédéclarations, les paiements et les vérifications mensuelles) ; a par ailleurs la charge d’une veille réglementaire
- Détermination et calcul de l’impôt sur les sociétés, des éléments financiers annexes et établissement des liasses fiscales de toutes les sociétés concernées Volet Trésorerie
- Préparation des règlements fournisseurs,
- Etablissement des rapprochements bancaires.
