Job Description

Location: Accra, Ghana (Hybrid / Remote possible)

Contract Type: Consultancy, Agency Engagement, or Fixed-Term Contract

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Commercial Objective

MSI Ghana is seeking a Digital Growth Partner to drive measurable demand for its reproductive health services through high-impact digital marketing.

This role is not focused on routine communications. The mandate is to generate client demand, increase clinic utilization, and convert digital engagement into paying customers.

The Digital Growth Lead or Agency will design and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy that expands MSI Ghana’s client base, strengthens brand visibility, and drives service uptake across clinics and digital channels.

MSI Ghana delivers reproductive health services across the country and is part of the global MSI partnership operating in more than 37 countries worldwide.

Core Mandate

The selected partner will be responsible for:

Driving customer acquisition through digital channels.

Converting digital engagement into clinic visits and service uptake.

Optimizing marketing spend to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Growth Strategy

Develop and execute a commercial digital marketing strategy focused on demand generation.

Identify target customer segments and develop conversion-focused campaigns.

Build a digital funnel that moves audiences from awareness → engagement → clinic visit → service uptake.

Align digital marketing initiatives with MSI Ghana’s service priorities and geographic markets.

Design and manage performance marketing campaigns across key platforms including:
