We are looking for a well-seasoned Human Resource Manager. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Requirements The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for recruitment processes, employee relations, staff training and development, managing payroll, performance evaluations. Qualifications 2 years of HR work experience at least. Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and HR documentation. Experience supporting payroll calculation and salary payment processes. Familiarity with statutory HR and payroll-related requirements Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and proper documentation. Strong attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and good organizational skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with management and Finance teams.
