This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end hiring processes including interviews, background checks, and onboarding. Employee Relations: Promote a healthy work environment by addressing employee grievances and conflicts. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems. Support managers in evaluating employee performance and setting development plans. Training & Development: Identify staff training needs and coordinate learning initiatives. Foster career development programs and succession planning. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks. Benchmark roles to ensure competitive compensation. Compliance & Policy: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. Update employee handbooks and HR manuals regularly. HR Strategy: Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development. Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
