Protection Case Worker

📌 ### 📌 The Protection Case Worker at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will provide direct support and care for high-risk cases of individuals with specific needs in Borno, Nigeria. This role involves case management, including identifying referrals, conducting assessments, and developing action plans. The Case Worker will also provide psychosocial counseling and ensure proper documentation and follow-up of services. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance community support and service delivery. University degree or ND in Social Work, Law, Psychology, or related field 2 years’ experience in protection programming Experience with group engagement and participatory processes Good communication skills and cultural sensitivity Ability to solve complex problems collaboratively Fluency in spoken and written English Knowledge of Hausa is an advantage Experience in remote areas with limited amenities Full competency in Microsoft Office Suite
