You will support IPA’s Right-Fit Evidence Unit by advising partner organizations in Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, and the Philippines on how to design and use data for smarter program decisions. Expect to travel between countries, collaborate with teams, and bridge research with on-the-ground action.
Key skills to highlight
Show fluency in quantitative methods (e.g., RCTs, surveys, data analysis in Stata/R) and experience advising non-research partners like NGOs or government agencies. Strong project management across multiple countries is critical—prove you can coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and field teams. Familiarity with West or East African contexts (e.g., local languages, policy landscapes) is a major plus.
