This role is for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, and buy - and can turn that understanding into high-converting video ads across TikTok and Facebook. Key Responsibilities Source high-performing video ideas and trends from TikTok and other social platforms. Create scroll-stopping hooks that capture attention within the first 5 seconds. Shoot engaging video content (including face-to-camera content). Develop fresh creative concepts to avoid content monotony. Create compelling UGC-style content for e-commerce products. Edit videos for ads and organic social media distribution. Ability to use AI tools to generate videos, contents ideas and scripts Strategically position products in videos to drive conversions. Collaborate with creators, and personal network to produce diverse content. Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data. Requirements/Qualification Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Creative Arts, Digital Media, or any related field. Proven ability to create viral or high-engagement TikTok-style content. Proven portfolio of past content work Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar). Strong understanding of e-commerce selling psychology through video. Ability to use AI tools to generate content ideas and scripts. Must reside in Lagos Results-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
