What this role involves
You will lead the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning systems for IRC’s programs in Kampala. Day-to-day, you’ll coordinate data collection, train field teams, analyze program impact, and ensure accountability mechanisms reach crisis-affected communities. Your work directly informs program quality and donor reporting.
Key skills to highlight
Demonstrate expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (e.g., SPSS, STATA, or Excel), plus experience with mobile data collection tools like Kobo or ODK. Show a track record of building local M&E capacity and leading participatory assessments. Strong report writing and donor compliance knowledge (e.g., USAID, ECHO) are essential.
