We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented, and highly structured Glass Sales Representative to join our team. The successful applicant will possess a deep knowledge of glass products, superior negotiation abilities, and a steadfast commitment to providing top-tier customer service. 📌 ### 📌 Key responsibilities
The Glass Sales Representative will be tasked with the following: />Sales and Business Development
- Actively prospect, identify, and secure new business from construction companies, contractors, architects, and private homeowners.
- Construct and oversee a consistent sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to enter new market segments and grow market share.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
Customer Relationship and Account Management
- Act as the main liaison for designated accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Offer professional technical guidance regarding glass varieties, specifications such as safety ratings or thermal properties, and suitable applications.
- Address and settle customer grievances and post-purchase issues with speed and professionalism.
Order Processing and Operational Coordination
- Manage the full order lifecycle accurately, from the initial quotation through to final delivery.
- Partner with production, logistics, and installation departments to guarantee precise and punctual order fulfillment.
- Oversee every phase of the sales cycle, including price negotiations, contractual agreements, and payment tracking.
Market Intelligence and Strategy
- Perform continuous market research to track competitor behavior, pricing trends, and industry shifts.
- Evaluate sales metrics and client feedback to pinpoint areas for operational improvement or product innovation.
- Provide management with periodic sales reports and market insights featuring practical recommendations.

- Minimum of a BAC degree. />- At least 2 years of documented success in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within the glass, building materials, or construction sectors.

- Comprehensive understanding of diverse glass types and technical specifications. />- Expert command of sales methodologies, from lead generation to closing, backed by strong negotiation talent.
