- Assurer la réception des appels entrants et la gestion des demandes clients avec professionnalisme.
- Confirmer, modifier ou annuler les réservations selon les procédures établies par nos partenaires.
- Fournir des informations claires et précises aux clients sur les services proposés.
- Garantir une satisfaction client maximale par une écoute active et une réactivité exemplaire.
[VOTRE PROFIL]
Vous maîtrisez impérativement l'anglais, le français et l'arabe à un niveau moyen ou avancé. Doté d'une excellente élocution et d'une grande patience, vous avez le sens du service et du contact. Le travail est décrit comme simple et facile, mais exige rigueur et ponctualité. Une aisance avec les outils informatiques et la navigation web est nécessaire pour la gestion des réservations en temps réel.
