We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to help us scale our footprint. You won't just be "selling oil"; you will be an ambassador for a sustainable, premium African brand. Your goal is to get Verdeo products onto the shelves of top-tier retailers, into the hands of health-conscious consumers, and across borders into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and close new B2B opportunities (supermarkets, specialty health stores, pharmacies, and hotels) in Douala and beyond.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors and retail managers.
Brand Ambassadorship: Educate customers on the benefits of "Cold-Pressed" vs. refined oils and why Verdeo is the superior choice.
Sales Monitoring: Track lead generation, sales volume, and customer feedback to help optimize our market penetration strategy.
Digital Outreach: Support our LinkedIn and social media presence to engage with bulk buyers and international importers.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in Sales or Business Development (FMCG or Food & Beverage experience is a huge plus).
Communication: Fluent in French and English. You need to be persuasive and professional in both.
Mindset: A "hunter" mentality. You are proactive, comfortable with cold calling/visiting, and motivated by growth.
Passion: A genuine interest in natural wellness, healthy living, and promoting "Made in Cameroon" products.
Tech Savvy: Ability to use task management tools (like ClickUp or Trello) to report progress and stay organized.
