Role Purpose:  To provide structured Employee Assistance and Wellbeing support services while assisting in coordinating occupational health initiatives and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential counselling and psychosocial support on site.
  • Coordinate and implement wellness programs and mental health initiatives on site.
  • Conduct health promotion and preventive health campaigns.
  • Liaise with Medical Service Manager on employee wellbeing matters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Psychology, Occupational Health, Public Health or related health field.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years' experience in occupational health, counselling or employee wellbeing services.
  • Training in basic counselling or psychosocial support.
  • Strong confidentiality and ethical practice standards.

  • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
