Job Description

The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is seeking an Assistant Program Officer (APO) for the Oxygen Access project in Tamale, Ghana. The APO will provide operational, coordination, and technical support to ensure the smooth execution of the project aimed at expanding access to medical oxygen for children. Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day implementation, coordinating with health authorities, organizing meetings, and contributing to data collection and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a background in public health or related fields. Bachelor's degree in public health or related field Minimum one year of experience in public health or program implementation Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically
