The MEAL Officer at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will coordinate data collection, analysis, and validation to track program activities and support impact measurement. This role involves conducting assessments, training staff on monitoring and evaluation systems, and ensuring data quality. The officer will work closely with program staff and the MEAL unit to enhance data management systems and contribute to reporting processes. The position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to improving program effectiveness in humanitarian contexts.
