• Follow the fermentation of must types of beer in order to obtain quality beers from dedicated technical equipment;
• Ensure the filtration of beer on guard and wine in strict compliance with the standards defined for each type of beer from dedicated technical equipment;
• Supply bottling groups with products (beer, flavoured syrups, flavoured beer and wine) in accordance with the chosen quality standards;
• Fill the tanks with product and send them to the Purchasing Department (IDIS) for delivery;
• Purge and harvest yeasts, follow the programming for injection from dedicated technical equipment;
• Fill the tanks with dead yeast and aim for service providers' exit vouchers;
• Cleaning the circuits and equipment of filtration, fermentation cellar, TBF cellar and syrup factory with dedicated technical equipment;
• Record cold block and syrup operation reports in associated documents;
• Perform the thermolysis of yeast from the thermolyser;
• Ensure the removal of containers and tanks;
• Ensure first-level maintenance in the various workshops;
• Ensure compliance with working methods, rules and procedures of quality, hygiene, safety and environment;
• Train and support the integration of new hires; BRASSEUR (Technician assigned to the Brassage)
• Check the type of product to be put into production, or in the process of manufacture through the instructions and program booklets;
• Carry out the crushing of malt grains according to the type of beer programmed in the planning book;
• Check the water level of the hot water tank;
• Stuff the malt and corn then heat them for saccharification;
• Filter the must to be boiled and transfer it to the settling tank;
• Put additives and take samples for laboratory analysis at each defined stage of brewing;
• Carry out the dry pressing and note values in the instruction book according to the selected periodicities;
• Ensure the cleaning and periodic maintenance of brewing equipment according to frequencies and procedures;
• Provide documentation related to brewing at each stage of the process;
• Check the physico-chemical parameters of the current production at each stage of the manufacturing process;
• Ensure the cooling of the must;
• Ensure compliance with working methods, rules and procedures of quality, hygiene, safety and environment; Ø Conduct all actions to control the impact of the company’s activities on OSH, environment, quality and hygiene; Ø Apply the rules of hygiene, safety and environment as well as all current measures to prevent accidents in the workplace;
• Carry out all other tasks assigned by the hierarchy in the context of its activities. • Ensure the sanitation of work equipment and materials according to work instructions;
• Make the mixture of ingredients for the preparation of simple syrup and flavored syrup according to the pre-established work instructions;
• Provide the records of sanitation and preparation of syrups, as well as the sheets of manufacture of syrups under the responsibility of the head of the manufacturing workshop;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the vacuum cleaner raw materials;
• Adjusting machines and changing simple parts;
• Ensure the cleanliness of workshop disputes;
• Ensure compliance with working methods, rules and procedures of quality, hygiene, safety and environment; Ø Conduct all actions to control the impact of the company’s activities on OSH, environment, quality and hygiene; Ø Apply the rules of hygiene, safety and environment as well as all current measures to prevent accidents in the workplace;
