Ce que ce poste implique
Vous serez le garant de l’efficacité opérationnelle de la mission UNICEF au Mali, supervisant la chaîne logistique, les finances, les ressources humaines et la sécurité. Au quotidien, il s’agit de coordonner les équipes terrain à Bamako et dans les régions pour que les programmes d’urgence (santé, nutrition, éducation) disposent des intrants et du personnel nécessaires, dans un contexte sécuritaire tendu. Vous piloterez aussi la réforme des processus administratifs pour gagner en rapidité et transparence.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des cycles de projets humanitaires (financement, approvisionnement, suivi budgétaire) dans un environnement fragile.
- Expérience avérée en gestion d’équipes multiculturelles et en négociation avec les autorités locales et les partenaires.
- Capacité à gérer des crises (ruptures de stocks, incidents sécuritaires) avec sang-froid et autonomie.
- Connaissance des procédures UN ou ONG internationales (IPSAS, règles d’achat) est un atout majeur.
