Opening of a direct competition for the recruitment of thirty (30) officers in the corps of officials of Mines and Geology, session 2026. The Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform, Having regard to the Constitution; Having regard to Decree No. 75/786 of 18 December 1975 on the Special Status of Officials of Mines and Geology; Having regard to Decree No. 94/199 of 7 October 1994 on the General Statute of the Civil Service of the State, as amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2000/287 of 12 October 2000; Having regard to Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 on the organization of the Government, amended and supplemented by Decree No. 2018/190 of 2 March 2018; Having regard to Decree No. 2012/537 of 19 November 2012 on the organization of MINFOPRA; Having regard to Decree No. 2018/191 of 02 March 2018 on Government redevelopment; Having regard to Decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13 September 2000 laying down the General Scheme for Administrative Competitions; Order No. 0040/PM of 19 May 2022 laying down the procedures for granting the age exemption to persons with disabilities during administrative competitions and recruitments in the State Civil Service,

ARRÊTE

Article 1.- (a) This decree opens a direct competition for the recruitment of officials from Mines and Geology, according to the following distribution:

• ten (10) Engineers of Mines and Geology, category "A" second grade;
• ten (10) Engineers of the Works of Mines and Geology, category "A" first grade;
• ten (10) Senior Mining and Geology Technicians, category "B" second grade. b) The written tests will take place on 08 and 09 August 2026 at the single center of Yaoundé. Article 2.- Conditions of eligibility.
• 1- General conditions Can apply Cameroonians of both sexes meeting the following conditions: (a) To comply with the general conditions of access to public employment laid down in the General Civil Service Statute; b) Êbe able to perform functions in the field of Mines and Geology; c) Êbe at least seventeen (17) years old and not more than thirty-four (34) years old on 1 January 2026 (born between 01/01/1992 and 01/01/2009); (d) Persons with disabilities CNI Invalidity benefit from an age exemption of five (05) years maximum, in accordance with the decree n ° 0040/PM of 19 May 2022.
• 2- Specific conditions

Education / Qualifications

a) For the degree of Engineer of Mines and Geology: hold the diploma of Engineer of Mines and Geology or an equivalent recognized diploma, issued by a national or foreign institution appearing on the list fixed by order of the Prime Minister. b) For the Degree of Engineer of Mining and Geology: be holder of the Diploma of Engineer of Mining and Geology or an equivalent recognized diploma, issued by a national or foreign institution listed by order of the Prime Minister. c) For the rank of Principal Technician of Mines and Geology: hold the diploma of Principal Technician of Mines and Geology or an equivalent recognized diploma, issued by a national or foreign institution listed by order of the Prime Minister. Article 3.- Constitutive documents of the application file. Applications can be submitted online at: concoursonline.minfopra.gov.cm or deposited in the Regional Delegations of MINFOPRA, until Friday 24 July 2026. They must include:

• A registration form stamped at 1,500 FCFA (available in the services of MINFOPRA or on www.minfopra.gov.cm );
• A certified copy of the birth certificate;
• An extract of criminal record (bulletin n°3);
• A certified copy of the required diploma;
• A certificate of presentation of the original diploma;
• A medical certificate issued by a public sector doctor;
• A receipt of 25,000 FCFA issued by EXPRESS UNION;
• Two (02) 4x4 photos;
