Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 2 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management. Maintain HR records, update policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage office supplies, vendor relations, and other administrative requirements. Prepare reports and assist management in HR and administrative decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
