This role requires handling recruitment, payroll, finance records, invoice processing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Maintain and update employee records, policies, and documentation Process payroll, invoices and expense reports accurately and on time Prepare, manage and reconcile financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets Track budgets, payments and financial transactions Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations Generate reports for management on finance performance Support organizational planning and operational improvements Qualifications Required & Experience Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree in a relevant field 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheets Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Salary : GHS3,000 - GHS5,000 Location : Legon – Adenta, Accra Log In and Apply Important safety tips Do not make any payment without confirming with the Jobberman Customer Support Team.
