Administrative Officer

Job Field Administration / Facilities  

Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month

Department: Operations/ Projects Unit

Report To: Project Supervisor/ Project Manager    

Location: Lagos (Mainland)    

Salary:  N 150,000    

Key Responsibilities: 

Project Coordination: Support project managers by scheduling tasks, coordinating resources (e.g., personnel, equipment), and maintaining project timelines. 

Documentation Management: Organize and maintain project-related documents, including contracts, permits, work orders, change requests, and as-built drawings, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. 

Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and update stakeholders on progress. Prepares daily and weekly reports for all stakeholders.
