The Casework Supervisor for the Home Study and Post-Release Services (HSPRS) program at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is responsible for providing trauma-informed supervision to Caseworkers and advising Crisis Case Managers. This role involves monitoring service provision, ensuring compliance with best practices, and maintaining quality in case management. The supervisor will also engage in community liaison activities and support staff development. This position is critical in ensuring the safety and stability of unaccompanied children in sponsor care.
