Nous recrutons un(e) Directeur(trice) du Développement et de la Qualité des Programmes pour notre bureau à Kinshasa. Vous serez responsable de la conception, du suivi et de l'amélioration continue des programmes, en veillant à leur qualité et à leur impact. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes terrain et les partenaires pour assurer l'alignement avec les stratégies nationales et internationales.

** Expérience significative en gestion de programmes de développement, solides compétences en analyse et en rédaction de rapports, capacité à travailler dans un environnement complexe. La connaissance du contexte de la RDC est un atout.
