Formation / Diplômes

Assist members with benefit inquiries, claims status, eligibility, and plan information Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards Navigate multiple systems to access and update member information Ensure all interactions meet quality assurance and regulatory requirements Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and company policies Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary Meet and exceed performance targets

Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills (English) Customer-Centric Mindset With Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities Basic Computer Literacy And Ability To Navigate Multiple Systems Candidate Requirements

Expérience
