CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership, oversees financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management, ensuring profitability, sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth. Monitor and optimize organizational costs and profitability. Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team. Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making. Support business performance and long-term sustainability initiatives. Qualification Bachelor’s degree Finance or Accounting, an MBA is an added advantage. Qualified Member of a recognsied accounting body eg. ACCA, ICA,CIMA

Expérience

Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in Financce and Accounting with a minimum of 5 year experince in a similar role.
