CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER

Role Purpose Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, treasury, and risk management. Ensure profitability, sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and shareholder value. Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth Monitor and optimize organizational costs and profitability Supervise and develop the finance and accounting team Provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making Support business performance and long-term sustainability initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA is an added advantage) Qualified member of a recognised accounting body (e.g., ACCA, ICA, CIMA)

Expérience

Minimum 8–10 years experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least 5 years in a similar role (CFO or equivalent)
