KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. . Handle employee on boarding processes. . Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality. . Provide support in performance management and employee development. . Address employee queries and concerns, and foster a positive work environment. . Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures . Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. . Conduct employee engagement surveys and propose improvement initiatives. . Organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops. . Support payroll processing and benefits administration
. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management /Business Administration or a relevant field. . A Professional certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration . Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
KNOWLEDGE:
. Experience with HRIS systems and data management
. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
