What you will do: Manage daily operational workflows and track progress across teams. Identify and resolve operational issues, escalations, and service gaps. Spot inefficiencies in processes and recommend practical improvements. Coordinate activities across departments to keep the business running smoothly. Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records. Support the rollout of operational policies and procedures. Handle other administrative and operational duties as needed. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems. Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
