Job Summary The Senior Customer Care Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing customer inquiries, complaints, requests, and escalations across multiple communication channels. The role serves as a key point of contact between the bank and its customers, ensuring timely issue resolution, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and service excellence. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong banking knowledge, excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to resolve complex customer issues while supporting junior customer service representatives. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Management Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, social media, and face-to-face interactions. Handle customer complaints and service requests in accordance with the bank's policies and service standards. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues related to: Account management Funds transfers ATM transactions Internet and mobile banking Card-related issues Loan inquiries Account restrictions Fraud-related concerns Ensure first-contact resolution whenever possible.
