Contexte : Solidarités International recherche un(e) Coordinateur/ice Grants and Partnerships pour son bureau de Goma. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de la coordination des subventions et des partenariats, en lien avec les équipes terrain et les bailleurs.

- Assurer le suivi et la gestion des subventions en cours.
- Développer et entretenir les relations avec les partenaires financiers et institutionnels.
- Contribuer à la rédaction de rapports et de propositions de financement.
- Veiller à la conformité des activités avec les exigences des bailleurs.**

- Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de subventions et de partenariats, idéalement dans le secteur humanitaire.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement complexe.
