En tant que Digital Impact Officer basé à Bunia, tu seras le pont entre les programmes terrain de l’UNICEF et les solutions numériques. Concrètement, tu piloteras des projets de collecte de données via mobile ou tablette, superviseras la formation des équipes locales aux outils digitaux, et analyseras l’impact des interventions en temps réel. Ton quotidien mêlera déploiement technique (applications, serveurs légers), coordination avec les communautés souvent éloignées, et reporting pour les donateurs.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des outils de collecte de données mobiles (KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO).
- Expérience prouvée en gestion de projet dans un contexte humanitaire ou de développement, idéalement en zone de conflit ou post-conflit.
- Capacité à former et encadrer des équipes non techniques (pédagogie, patience, adaptabilité culturelle).
- Connaissance des réalités de l’Est de la RDC (langues locales, sécurité, logistique) est un atout différenciant.
