Le Directeur Financier est responsable de la performance financière des activités du chantier naval, couvrant notamment la comptabilité, le contrôle de gestion, la trésorerie et la conformité. Il veille à la fiabilité des informations financières, au respect des obligations légales et fiscales, et au pilotage de la performance économique du chantier, en étroite coordination avec la production et les projets. Il pilote l’optimisation des processus financiers et des outils de gestion, afin de renforcer la rentabilité, la transparence et la prise de décision. Responsabilités

• Définir et piloter la stratégie financière du site.
• Garantir la fiabilité des comptes et des états financiers.
• Superviser les clôtures et le reporting Groupe.
• Piloter la trésorerie, les financements et les relations bancaires.
• Assurer la conformité fiscale, légale et réglementaire.
• Structurer et améliorer les processus financiers et de contrôle interne.
• Piloter le contrôle de gestion.
• Assurer le suivi de la rentabilité des projets et des activités du chantier.
• Mettre en place des outils d’aide à la décision et des indicateurs de performance (KPI).
• Superviser les systèmes financiers et la fiabilité des données (ERP).
• Manager les équipes finance (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, trésorerie).
• Définir les objectifs, suivre la performance et développer les compétences.
• Élaborer et suivre le budget global du site.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration de la rentabilité et à la maîtrise des risques.
• Assurer une communication financière claire et fiable auprès de la Direction et du Groupe. Profil requis
• Minimum 15 ans d’expérience.
• Master en finance, comptabilité ou équivalent.
• Expérience significative en direction financière.
• Expérience en environnement international.
• Solide expertise en comptabilité, finance et fiscalité.
• Expérience en contrôle de gestion et pilotage de la performance.
• Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels ou projets (naval, offshore, industrie lourde).
• Maîtrise des outils financiers et ERP.
