Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, Les Niayes Sarraut recherchent un(e) Responsable Agricole en Homologation Phytosanitaire. Vous aurez pour mission de piloter la mise en conformité réglementaire et l’autorisation de mise sur le marché des intrants agricoles chimiques et biologiques. À ce titre, vous veillerez à garantir l’efficacité, la sécurité et la conformité des produits tout au long de leur cycle de vie, de leur homologation jusqu’à leur commercialisation. Vos principales missions Constitution et gestion des dossiers réglementaires

• Rédiger, constituer et soumettre les dossiers techniques d’homologation auprès des autorités compétentes.

• Coordonner la collecte et l’analyse des données relatives à l’efficacité, à la toxicologie et à l’écotoxicologie des produits. Veille réglementaire

• Assurer un suivi permanent des évolutions législatives et réglementaires nationales et régionales.

• Anticiper les changements liés aux matières actives, aux restrictions d’usage et aux exigences environnementales. Gestion des autorisations

• Assurer le suivi des Autorisations Provisoires de Vente (APV).

• Piloter les démarches d’obtention et de renouvellement des homologations définitives.

• Maintenir une documentation réglementaire à jour et conforme.

• Formation supérieure en agronomie, protection des cultures, phytopathologie, réglementation agricole ou domaine équivalent.

• Bonne connaissance de la réglementation phytosanitaire et des procédures d’homologation.

• Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

• Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et analytiques.
